Customer Reviews
Great value and fantastic service!
I scored 20% off my Replacement Rowing Straps with a code I found, which was awesome! It was super easy to apply at checkout, and I'm so happy with the quality. They fit my rower perfectly, much better than the old ones. I'm also really tempted by the JOYSONG Fitness App Subscription, it looks like it has some great features. The only tiny thing is that I wish they offered free shipping, but honestly, the product quality makes up for it. I'll definitely be shopping here again and telling all my friends!
JOYSONG's warranty policy?
anyone know the warranty on a JOYSONG Box-Style Rower before i buy, is it good value?
Solid product, minor shipping delay
I ordered the JOYSONG Wooden Water Rower. The machine itself is fantastic – it looks great and the water resistance feels really natural. Assembly was straightforward enough. My only minor gripe was that shipping took a day longer than the initial estimate, but customer service was responsive when I inquired. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the quality of the rower, it's a solid piece of equipment for the price.
JOYSONG Smart Rowing Machine review
I recently bought the JOYSONG Smart Rowing Machine and it's been a pretty good experience overall. Ordering was simple on their website, and it arrived within a week. The packaging was robust, everything was well-protected. Assembly was surprisingly quick, maybe 45 minutes by myself, and the instructions were clear. The build quality feels premium; it's very stable during use. I've been using the Performance Tracking Console daily, and it syncs up fine with the app, though I did have one small hiccup getting the heart rate monitor connected initially. It's quiet enough that I can use it early in the morning without waking anyone up, which is a big plus. The foldability is also a huge benefit for my small apartment. It's a good investment for a home gym.
Good Rower, Quick Delivery
Bought a JOYSONG Home Fitness Rower. Arrived fast. Easy to set up. Works well. Good quality for the price.
Great value on Space-Saving Rower
As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal. I managed to grab a Space-Saving Rowing Machine during a holiday promotion, which saved me a good chunk of money. The final price felt really fair for the quality of the machine. It feels sturdy and compact, just what I needed without breaking the bank. Definitely worth the purchase if you're looking for a good home gym option on a budget.

How does the JOYSONG compare to a Concept2? I'm used to gym rowers and want something similar for home but with the space-saving.
Has anyone had to return one of these? Just wondering how much of a hassle it is if it doesn't work out.
I saw an influencer code on Instagram, but also signed up for their newsletter. Can I use both for a bigger discount?
Thinking about getting the water rower but my partner is super sensitive to noise. Is it actually quiet enough for an apartment building with thin walls?
Does anyone know if they offer any kind of payment plan or financing for these? The upfront cost is a bit much for me right now.
